Detroit, Chicago, New Orleans all three are chocolate cities.
Chicago leads the country in youth murders, corrupt political machines and drugs, Detroit in arson, corrupt labor unions and drugs, while, New Orleans (despite billions of tax $$$$$ spent there in the last eight years) wallows in the swamp of shootings, drugs and fraud with public funds.
These cities are the holding pens of those who would rather stand around knee deep in their own waste waiting for the next taxpayer provided dole than to really try and make something better by and for themselves.
Detroit is facing bankruptcy or just reneging on their legally owed debt estimated at over $2,000,000,000.00 much of that debt accredited to the unions which run the city. The city streets are lined with burned out shells of house which the creatures of this city set on fire themselves. Some areas look like Dresden, Germany following the allied fire bombings of WWII.
Scandal after scandal corrupts New Orleans ability to move forward from Katrina. The same corrupt local city and Parrish governments steal and misuse taxpayers billions of dollars as the Bourbon Street bars, skin shows and hootchie kootchie joints were rebuilt first and the populace lives in half built or half restored shantys. Street shootings are a regular part of the day in New Orleans.
Chicago is still known for its slaughter house district, only it is no longer cattle and hogs but humans who live in crowded conditions and live and feed at the public slop trough. They are undereducated and underemployed and the city of Rahm Emanuel closes dozens of schools after the corrupt school teachers unions get everything they want.
