Caligula, the depraved and morally bankrupt emperor of the Roman Empire displayed many of the same characteristics of Americas current Obama.
Caligula (Obama) had a favored horse, whose name was Incitatus (Holder, ,Biden, Rice, Clinton, Kerry, Sebileus, Lerner).
Caligula (Obama) espoused his belief that the horse was capable of deep, wise and intelligent thought. Thus, Caligula (Obama) made the horse a full citizen of Rome and appointed the horse "Deputy High Priest". Along with the appointment came huge salary, because Incitatus (Holder, Rice, Clinton, Sebileus, Kerry, lerner) would supervise the building of temples in honor of Caligula (Obama).
Caligula (Obama) then had a palace built for the horse, filled the house with expensive furniture, rugs, fine libations, the best of food and many servants (Tzars, DOJ, State Dept., EPA, and so forth).
Then Caligula (Obama) made Incitatus a senator, and required that other senators and generals attend, meet with the horse to toast him and discuss matters of state with the horse.
However, Incitatus (Holder, Rice, Clinton, Sebelius, Kerry) , no matter what you called him was still a horse and he dropped road apples wherever he was and soiled many rugs with his urine, the Tzars, DOJ, State Dept. EPA and so forth had to clean it up as best as possible.
Caligula was then assassinated a short time later
