BEING PREPARED not MOTHER HUBBARD

I PERSONALLY WOULD NOT WANT TO LIVE ON THE FOLLOWING DIET, BUT IT WOULD CERTAINLY BEAT STARVING.
MORNING: ONE CUP COOKED OATMEAL WITH 1 TBS HONEY AND 1/2 CUP NON-FAT MILK, ONE SLICE WHOLE WHEAT BREAD
MID-MORNING: 1 TBS HONEY, 1 TBS PEANUT BUTTER
LUNCH: 1 CUP DRY BEANS, COOKED, 1 SLICE WHOLE WHEAT BREAD
MID-AFTERNOON: 1 TBS HONEY, 1 TBS PEANUT BUTTER
DINNER: 1 CUP RICE (cooked in stock), 1SLICE WHOLE WHEAT BREAD
you should also have a daily vitamin C source
THIS SOMEWHAT BORING DIET WOULD PROVIDE APPROXIMATELY 1600 CALORIES A DAY.
A FEW TINS OF TUNA, SALMON, SARDINES, SPAM, CHICKEN OR SOUP WOULD REALLY ADD TO THIS DIET.
SAD TO SAY, BUT YOU WOULD BE EATING BETTER THAN 40% OF THE WORLD TODAY.
WHY PUT IT OFF ANY LONGER? GET READY TODAY!
