This is the conference between Great Britain, The United States and Russia on who would rule who and what following the Second World War.
This should be labeled as "THE GREATEST DAY OF INFAMY TOWARDS THE HUMAN RACE."
Franklin D. Roosevelt had already (behind Winston Churchill's back) given the Balkan Countries, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria and the Caucasus to Joseph Stalin.
This allowed 30 to 40 million to be added to the list of those killed by WWII. Not to mention the millions sent to Russian gulags and slave labor.
Roosevelt was a conniving coward by going behind Churchill's back as he knew the great man would raise a stink to high heaven to save those people from starvation, work camps, torture.
Roosevelt was a butt kissing lover of Stalin and felt that this "devil" as Churchill called Stalin was an honorable man.
