This treaty signed by 32 countries allows every country to fly over each others territory at levels below 4,000 ft. and map, photograph and gather whatever info they desire.
Thirty-one of these countries are currently American allies.
The only one not, is Russia.
So Russia can spy on Canada, America, The U.K., France Germany, Ukraine, Turkey, Slovenia, Denmark, Sweden, Norway,
Finland and every other NATO member nation and share this info with China, North Korea, Syria, Iran and Somalia.
Who wins this kind of reasoning?
