With a new Cuban Missile Crises looming in the Caribbean, Putin has announced that Russia will also place military bases in Cuba, Venezuela and Nicaragua.
Since the Obama Administration has dismantled the Monroe Doctrine and "walk softly and carry a big stick" (Obama doesn't know what a twig is let alone a big stick) the Russians, Chinese, North Koreans, Iranians are already setting up shop where their missiles can reach every major city in the Western Hemisphere.
Obama has neither the will, courage nor desire to protect American Citizens and our liberties.
Smaller army, navy, air force, marine corps and coast guard with outdated and not yet built defensive weapons allow Russia and Iran to rule the seas and yes the air.
