THUG CULTURE IN AMERICA

I am willing to bet that the current trend towards the so called "Thug Culture" in America involves between 12% and 13% of the population.

Oakland, California.

A perfect case in point is the recent murder of an unwed mother of 18 years by her 14 year old brother.  This, over an argument about the way the sister washed his clothes.

 My goodness where and how did this 14 year old thug (Mario Toliver) get his hands on a gun?  Surely, the state of California with the most restrictive guns laws did not allow this one gun to slip through the cracks into to the hands of a minor!  Did he go to a gun show and purchase the gun there, or did he go into a licensed gun dealer fill out all of the paper work get a background check(both state and federal0 and then pay for the gun and walk out of the dealers store into the sungrime of Oakland? 




The brother at the age of 14 is the sire of a young child.  So we have this 18 year old unwed dam and a 14 year old stud living with their grandmother because their own mother is in prison.

This lets the rest us peek into the "Thug Culture" where 80% of all children are conceived and born into the culture without any semblance of a father figure and the heavy possibility that the female reproductive unit will be absent for a goodly number of years in ether rehab or prison.
