Barack Obama has sent a letter to Vladimir Putin. He is asking the true Russian Bear to please stop testing nuclear cruise missiles ( which Vladimir has been doing since 2008). Why wait until now to confront the Bear when he is at the height of his power and popularity at home?
I understand that Vladimir placed the letter on the floor to help train his new Russian Black Terrier. This was after the Bear had quit laughing and showed the letter to Syria, Crimea, Iran and Eastern Ukraine.
Ever seen a Russian Black Terrier? It would eat the Obamas' Portuguese Water Dog ( which drags Obama around like Putin does with Obama on a choke chain) for a morning snack and never burp. Same for Vladi and Obi.
