Every state with a Jessica's law and hard time for rapists should upon their release send every rapist, child molester a one way ticket to Hawaii, Colorado, Idaho or Vermont.
This way they can live right next door to people who if they not are active participants in rape, child molestation certainly condone and appreciate them and sympathize with these monsters.
What do the governors, courts, legislatures and citizens of these states have to hide? Are they protecting deviant relatives or are they, themselves practitioners of child molestation, rape and other sexual violence?
Thus, the rapists and molesters could feel comfortable in their surroundings and have people who would be empathetic with them certainly enjoy hearing about their exploits and love sharing pictures with them.
