Bloomberg is on the payroll of the corrupt New York City School Teachers Unions. They have kept his campaign coffers filled with cash as long as he gives them the right not to educate NYC children.
Keep minorities in the slums of the inner city and give them an enclosed area where their kids can be sent for six hours a day to revel in rap, slap and show off and ogle booty.
