70% LEAN GROUND BEEF IS UP 39%
CHICKEN IS UP 28%
THIS IS AN AVERAGE INFLATION ON MEAT PROTEIN IS UP 27%
$4.00 A lb. FOR 80% LEAN HAMBURGER WILL BE THE NORM. POOR CUT POT ROASTS WILL BE RIGHT AROUND $6.00 A lb.. FORGET ABOUT THE EVERY DAY WORKING MAN EVER SEEING A RIB EYE, T-BONE OF PORTERHOUSE WHICH WILL HIT $14 TO 19 A lb.
