Is the United States Paying Russia to Invade the Ukraine?

 Is it true that Russia is the 3rd largest supplier of oil to the United States?

Is it true that we have imported over $300,000,000.00 of Russian oil each month for the past six months?  

If so, then we are providing funds to Russia to carry out the invasion of the Ukraine!!
