Vladimir Putin made the announcement that within 6 months Russia would be able penetrate any and all NATO anti-missile system and thus dominate the world.
This is 100% accurate.
When Obama cowardly backed down before Putin and would not place the Anti-missile system in Poland and the Czech Republic as a deterrent against the truth which Putin now owns.
