By holding massive military maneuvers in Russia's Arctic North in supposed celebration of his other great military win against Obama and NATO (Not Always There Org.) by taking over the Crimean Area of Ukraine, Putin is beginning to show that he has no respect for the weakness of Obama.
What "Vlad the Intimidator" is doing with this vast show of Arctic Force is that Russia intends to place the vast Arctic Oil Reserves (40 to 50% of the world's oil) under their control.
Obama will still try to push the "Reset Button" and make patty cakes with Putin while he kicks Obama in the crotch.
