The Clinton's are capable of everything from having their Chief of Staff who felt so guilty because of all of the horrible things he had done and covered up for the Clinton's, that he took and antique gun, went to a beautiful park sat on a grass knoll and shot himself in the head.
The Clinton's are so politically and morally corrupt that they have no feelings of lying and will do anything to gain political advantage.
They are not just amoral, they are spawn of evil who did not drift together but steered their way under full sail to use power and corruption to use women as toys even in the sacred Oval Office.
