I do believe that the military has provided the once White House with many options from carpet bombing North/West Iraq and North/Eastern Syria with B 52's and B 2 Bombers to dropping the big one.

Right now the KURDS are the only capable fighters in the war who are opposed to ISIS. They make America and Resident Pansy appear as the back side of a mule headed for the far side of the 40 acres.
