They entire program is scripted and given to the participants (Emmanuel, his administration, the south side thugs, dealers, murderers and prostitutes)all to place Emmanuel in the best light possible.
Since the middle of March (the ides) through Easter weekend Chicago wounding and murders have caught up with and exceeded 2013.
From Passover (perhaps the holiest of Jewish days) running through Ash Wednesday, Good Friday, and Easter Sunday, all of which are for reverence, peace and thanksgiving, Chicagoland had 45 shootings with 9 deaths. Many of those wounded and murdered were children in a park following Easter Services.
