I am proposing a social science project.
I would propose that every American stop any and all charitable contributions for one month This would exclude tithes to your church but would include the Red Cross, United Way, Salvation Army, Good Will, UNICEF, Feed the Children, Food Banks, all school (elementary, middle, high and college), any and all disaster relief funds. In essence anything which survives on gifts in kind or monies.
What with Food Stamps, Obama Care, WIC, Medi Care, Medicare,
Unemployment Insurance and a host of Federal Programs at taxpayer expense, let's just see how effective the Federal Social Programs are.
