Three and a half years ago I had a discussion with one of my nieces. She is a sweet gal but was educated at Tufts University in Boston and allowed the Liberal/Socialist concepts of those Progressive/ Communists to worm their way into her susceptible young mind.
Our discussion was about the upcoming run for president of the United States.
She could see nothing but the Great Obomination as the saviour of the world.
I tried to explain to her how the Obaminator was nothing more than a figure head for the Harvard-American conspiracy.
I told her how we could expect $4.50 a gallon gasoline and with the extreme tolerance of terrorists by Obama that we could expect continual attacks by Muslims upon American civilians as well as our military.
She, of course could only see him helping the poor and downtrodden of the world.
Well, today gasoline hit $5.00+ a gallon in Florida and around four in almost all other areas of the country.
Just over two years ago gasoline was $2.25 a gallon. Now around $4.15 means a difference of $1.90 a gallon.
The construction worker who has to drive 70 to 80 miles to work every day in his five year old pickup which gets (with luck) 15 miles to the gallon now must pay $9.50 more per day for the privilege to have a job. Times this by 5 equals $47.50 a week or nearly $200.00 a month.
This construction worker, married with three children now is forced to cut back by 10 gallons of milk per-month, 11 loaves of bread, 9 lbs of hamburger, 20 lbs of potatoes, two boxes of oat meal, 4 dozen eggs and still has $100.00 less to pay his electric bill.
This does not take into account the future increase of produce and other foods which are transported by trucks. But there is always food stamps and more reliance on the feds to take care of us much like the communists did fallowing WWI when 40 MILLION USSR civilians starved to death.
