AGE OF ENLIGHTENMENT?

Was Johannes Gutenberg's invention of the printing press an attempt to dumb down the common people of the world? The current man sitting as the (hoped to be late) president of the United State would try to lead us to believe so.

This man is trying to lead us to think that the current availability to receive news and information nearly instantaneously and exchange ideas and thought with other free people is undermining the Constitution and Rights given to us by that Constitution. He would blame the advances in communication technology on undermining the government and confusing our minds with so much information (which really only the liberal Harvard educated socialists are able to understand) that we will begin to understand the falsehoods, outright lies and liberal/socialist attempts to undermine those Rights. This is an attack on the 1st and perhaps most important Right Of Free Speech.

The man and his cronies are not dumb. They have studied history at Harvard and realize that the printing press made the Bible and the Word of God available to the everyday person. Suddenly the world and its inhabitants began to read the Bible. They read and strived to understand the creation, the chosen people, the trials of the Israelites, the history of the world, the prophesy of a Messiah, Saviour and Redeemer. The also read what Christ and the Apostles asked of them and much of this did not jive with what the all powerful and controlling Church (which ruled Christ-like with such Holy things as the Inqusition) was telling them.

When men such as ARNOLD OF BRESCIA in 1115 taught that Rome should be free from Papal rule he was hanged at the request of Pope Adrian IV. Peter WALDO in 1176 began to preach of sharing with the poor and preached against clerical usurption of powers from the people. John WYCLIFF (1324-1415) opposed the very existence of popes, cardinals, patriachs, and monks and advocated the peoples RIGHT to read the Bible. John HUSS (1369-1415) was opposed to the sale of indulgences, and the worship of graven images as saints. Burned at the stake. SAVONAROLA,(1452-1498) preached against the vices of Papal authority and the corruption within the church. Hanged and burned in the public square in Florance. MARTIN LUTHER on Oct. 31, 1517 posted his complaints against the all powerfull and consuming church known as the 95 theses. In 1520 the Pope issued a Papal Bulls--t excommunicating Luther along with a requirement of retracting the 95 theses. If not he would be charged with heresy and death. LUTHER burned the BULL publicly on Dec. 6, 1920. Others such as Zwingli, Calvin, and Tinsdale (who translated the Bible into English and printed it on that horrible new invention the printing press) challenged this unjust authority on mankind and paid for it with their lives.

Obama and his socialsist quislings know what truth and understanding can do to their attempt to socialize, stiffle, and controll the RIGHTS of FREE AMERICANS. The more the Amereican people know and understand, the less controll Pope Obama and his Cardinal Czars (don't forget the color of communism and the cardinal is red) will have. While currently those freethinkers who are opposed to Obama and his left wing nuts.are not physically being burned at the stake, their honor , character, morals and intelligence is being tried by the Papal Obama courts and every attempt is being made to discredit them. Anyone who speaks against or even questions socialist health care, the lack of a war on terrorism, uncontrolled illegal immigration, the RIGHT to bear arms, freedom of speech and a myriad of other left wing socialist programs is labeled as an ignorant red-neck or right wing extremist.
